Kevin Bodley is an aviation solicitor with many years specialist experience within the aviation industry, including as General Counsel with major UK airlines (including Flybe and BMI British Midland); leading London City law firms, and latterly as a sole practitioner with a niche commercial practice since 1999.

Costs are usually based on the time required to complete a transaction and its complexity. In all cases fees will be explained to you and agreed with you in advance. Any additional costs or expenses, such as legalisation/Apostille or agency and postage fees, will also be agreed with you. The costs estimate will also explain the scope and extent of the work covered and the estimated timescale for completion.

Professional Indemnity Insurance cover in them minimum  sum of £1,000,000 is in place.
